Browsing and hosting are always free. Requesting a spot needs a membership, bought in the app. Prices are shown there and never depend on who you are.

Apple manages subscriptions: Settings › your name › Subscriptions on your iPhone.

Applying takes a few minutes. Your lifestyle profile can wait until your account opens. The selfie check usually takes a minute or two more, and your account opens on its own once everything is checked. You can close the app while you wait. A couple's account opens when both partners pass.

So everyone you meet is a real, verified adult. Most people only take a selfie. If your age looks close to 18 to the check, you're also asked for a photo ID. We keep only the result; if you used an ID, also your birth year and a one-way hash of your document number. We never keep your selfie or images of your ID.

You can try again from the app. Use good light and look straight at the camera. If you're asked for an ID, show the whole document. If the app says your face is already on an Anana account, sign in with that account or write to us.

Check your spam folder, then ask for a new one from the sign-in screen. Open the email on the iPhone where Anana is installed and tap the button.

Your account is paused while a moderator checks it, usually after a report. Most reviews finish within a day. If you think it's a mistake, write to support@anana.social.

Open the Search tab and tap Host an Anana. You approve every guest.

It appears once the host approves you, and disappears after the Anana. If the host meets guests first, it shows once you've met the host in person and confirmed it with Meet in the app.

Tap the … menu on their profile, chat or photo. Reports are private and reviewed by people.
